Nexila provides website design, no-code development, and branding services. Our services are designed to meet your specific business needs, with a focus on creating high-converting websites that align with your goals.
3. Project Scope and Deliverables
We will outline a clear project roadmap and deliverables during the initial consultation.
The scope of work will be agreed upon before the project begins.
Any changes in scope may require an updated agreement and additional fees.
We aim to deliver projects within the agreed timeframe, but delays due to unforeseen circumstances or client requests may occur.
4. Payments
Payment is due as outlined in the agreement.
Typically, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the remainder upon completion of the project.
All payments must be made in full before the final deliverables are handed over.
Additional charges may apply for revisions or extra work outside the original scope.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final design and code is transferred to the client. You will have full rights to use the final product for your business needs.
Nexila retains the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Confidentiality
We respect your confidentiality and will not disclose any proprietary information to third parties unless required by law.
An NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) can be signed upon request for additional security.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing all necessary information, content, and assets in a timely manner to avoid delays in the project.
You must ensure that all content provided does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
8. Revisions
We offer a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project scope. Additional revisions or requests beyond the agreed-upon number may incur extra charges.
9. Support and Maintenance
After the project is completed, Nexila offers ongoing support as agreed upon in the contract. For continuous support or maintenance, a separate agreement may be required.
